Leftist media hacks are "melting down" about Trump's "controversial" picks for his cabinet. "Controversial" is a lot like "weird" - without all the drama, it's just a synonym for "bad". It means something didn't meet the leftists' approval. The orange man ought to do better. And as for "melting down", I'd like nothing better, but it didn't happen. Media people don't approve of Trump's picks, but that's it. They are not upset or emotional about any of it. Any emotion they show is completely put on. They are men and women doing their jobs. "Melting down" at Trump is part of their job description. There is a reason for the emotion and hyperbole.

First, emotion sells the media narrative to the Dem voter viewers. Trust in media has gone down a lot the last several years among independents and Republican voters, but not among Dem voters. Ratings for MSNBC and CNN have collapsed after the election, but the viewers will return after they recover from their grief. They have nothing else. Second, hyperbole justifies future bad behavior by the Dems and the media hacks. If Trump is a dictator, or his cabinet picks are uniquely terrible, then that justifies all sorts of misdeeds against them. Third, it justifies future bad behavior by any dumb libs working in the administrative deep state. Striking a blow against a terrible Trump administration is almost a citizen's duty. Notice how the media people hate it when any of their colleagues do anything that "normalizes" or "humanizes" Trump. That's a big no no.

When you see emotional media people, you tend to overlook that they have a job that they are doing (which pays some of them very handsomely). But it's driven home when you see concerted action, like in the compilation below. Notice the media hacks eagerly participating in Dems' propaganda.

It is the media's job to sell a narrative, but it has not been successful against the Donald - it couldn't sell to as many people as it needed to. Trump won three elections in a row, despite the media onslaught. (Yes, I do believe the Dems cheated in 2020 bigly.) But the media had its moments, its little wins. Like with the Russian collusion hoax. A lot of people are sold on it. The 'fine people on both sides' hoax lasted a long time. It was frustrating for Trump's side to debunk it, only to see it return with a vengeance time after time. That is media's power in action. It created a powerful weapon out of nothing. The 'blacks are being hunted down' hoax is another example. The number of unarmed blacks dying at cops' hands each year is tiny, and the 'system' is not at fault for those deaths. But with the BLM goons making a lot of noise about every death, and with the media sensationalizing the events, a lot of people came to believe that this is a serious issue. You can go hoarse explaining that the numbers are tiny and that racism is not the culprit, but few people believe it - the media's influence is very strong in this one.

Now, the number of kids identifying as transgender grew at a high rate in recent times, but in absolute numbers, the transgender population is still very small. The ideology is very destructive, and it deserves serious attention from adults. But with all the focus on it from Republicans, the problem does look bigger than it is. It seems to have resonated with a lot of people this time. And Jen Psaki hates that it did! I can't stop laughing at that woman! How do you like it when it's done to you, Pissaki?


Circle Back woman is still wrong, of course. Trans people can't be given whatever "rights" they ask for just because there are only a few trans people. Wrong is wrong. A man cannot be allowed to enter women's spaces or take part in women's sports. Dems should dump the trans goons if they want to survive. There is no universe in which the transgender ideology becomes acceptable to regular people. Perseverance will not lead to success for the Dems. It will lead to their destruction.
