Can BSF Agents Shoot at Illegal Aliens as They Enter?

People can use deadly force to defend not just their lives but their property. Can a country do it? Is it legal?

Can BSF agents shoot at illegal aliens as they try to illegally enter the US? Illegal aliens eventually end up stealing the property of taxpayers. Can't we do anything to defend against the theft? This sort of thinking upsets dumb libs because it is not "compassionate." In fact, if I were to say it on Twitter, my account would likely be suspended for "promoting violence" or some such. But violence is very much a part of governance. Why do you think governments need cops? If there were no threat of violence by government, many people wouldn't behave lawfully. If you break a law and the cops come to arrest you, and if you resist arrest, cops use force. There are guidelines on cops in those situations, but cops are *supposed* to get violent to effect the arrest. The violence is sanctioned by the state: if you end up getting hurt or dead in the process, the cops are not punished (so long as they acted within the guidelines).

So, how about it? The intent is to scare people away, not hurt them. Try and shoot at people's legs by all means. You don't even have to do it all the time or even often. So long as the possibility exists, it will scare people away. Nothing else seems to deter the illegals. Putting them in local jails, assuming that is legal, hurts taxpayers financially. Deporting doesn't work - they don't stay deported. Once inside, they not only use up resources funded by taxpayers, they bring in disease, and some of them murder citizens. What recourse does a country have against this blatant abuse?
