Trans Goons Are Dumb

I am writing nothing new here - many anti-trans^* people said these things, but it still shocks me that so many are making life-altering decisions based on sloppy thinking. The fairy tale reads like this: somebody is miserable because they think they are "in the wrong body". Then they "transition", first by changing their name and dress, then by taking cross sex hormones, and finally by getting their body surgically altered to have the genitals of the opposite sex. Then they live happily ever after.

How do people decide they are "in the wrong body"? Let's run through the commonly heard explanations.

1. They don't "feel right" in their body. How do they know it's not a temporary feeling? How do they know they will "feel right" with different genitals?

2. A girl, for example, feels like a boy would. How does the girl know how boys feel? Even a boy can't say which of his feelings are a result of his being a boy, and which of them having nothing to do with it.

3. An adolescent boy, for example, is sexually attracted to boys instead of girls. There is already a non-trans explanation for this: the boy is gay. Or, may be bisexual, and he may end up liking girls eventually.

4. A boy likes to wear girl's clothes. A girl likes to play with toy guns. How do we know it's not just natural curiosity on the boy's part? Whoever said gender stereotypes apply to every boy and every girl?

These are the sorts of silly reasons that people seem to have for deciding they (or their kids) are transgender. Then comes the "transition" part. Trans goons engage in two contradictory lines of thinking. One is that being a man or woman has nothing to do with one's body. This is when they argue that men with fully intact male bodies are in fact women because they feel like women, and should be admitted into women-only spaces (or vice versa). The other is that a man that feels like a woman should have his body surgically altered to match a woman's body (or vice versa). Why have surgery if you are already a woman before surgery?

Also, whoever said that taking hormones and "wearing" artificial genitals will change you from a man into a woman or vice versa? You are a freak - one that doctors operated on to remove one set of genitals and attach another set - but you haven't changed your gender. What is supposed to be accomplished by "transitioning" into a woman, for example? That you can then have sex with a man through your artificial vagina? And you had this urge before you ever had your new vagina? Or, are you just a confused individual that is told by other confused idiots that you will feel better if you go through with this "transition" process?

^*By "anti-trans" people, I do not mean people that are opposed to people that call themselves transgender. I mean people that are opposed to transgenderism.
